This place is a great local diner! I ordered the smoked salmon benedict, and it was great. I'm from Michigan and didn't realize the eggs would be over medium and not over easy, but it was delicious nonetheless! I assume that's simply a regional difference. We also had the avocado toast for the table to split-it's a must have!!!

Absolutely delicious food and excellent service! Our family of 4 stopped by Hidden Cuisine for breakfast in Aug 2024 while staying in Moab. The restaurant is located outside of Moab downtown but it turned out to be a true hidden gem! Every single dish we ordered was absolutely delicious and just perfect! Presentation was also beautiful and aesthetic. We also got a freshly squeezed juice and super friendly quick service! With all that the prices were very reasonable. When we left we wished we could come back for lunch and another breakfast, but sadly it wasn't possible with our trip schedule. Thank you Hidden Cuisine for delicious meal setting the mood for the day ahead! We highly recommend Hidden Cuisine restaurant! It's well worth driving extra few min from Moab downtown. Food ordered Smoked Salmon Benedict - perfectly balanced, with all the right flavors. Hidden Scramble Crepes - masterpiece! My son finished it in no time :) Pipe Dream Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon - excellent, flavorful, with right texture. Chef's Crepes - just perfect!

I have been traveling to Moab for the last 10 years and somehow had never heard of Hidden Cuisine but I think it's my new favorite breakfast and brunch spot in town. I got the smoked salmon benni and a hazelnut latte and both were fantastic. I definitely want to try some of the South African dishes next time I am in. The service was also great, you can tell that everyone here is committed to the success of the restaurant. Looking forward to coming back in next time I am in town.

Would an unexpected pleasure to find South African food as well as American. Very friendly, greeting. Appropriate table talk with sincerity. Food was brought out quickly. Biscuits were well prepared and it was tasty gravy although I do like bits of sausage in mine.

Great breakfast and professional service. The garden omelet was perfectly loaded with veggies. Standard coffee, in the best possible way, which is getting harder to find accompanying good food. Chill atmosphere and the music wasn't too loud for us super sensory folks. Thank you for doing what you do!

We popped in right around 2, and they were closing at 3. They were very gracious, and helpful with my husband's food allergy. I ate a delicious Caprese salad, piled up with arugula, pesto strewn on top.

The brunch food was excellent! The smoked salmon eggs Benedict was perfect - not too salty, perfect crunch with red onions, fluffy poached egg and delicious hollandaise sauce. The potatoes were perfectly crispy as well! The French toast was also incredible - homemade house berry sauce that was perfect, fresh and not too sweet - just right. We will have to come back and try the lunch menu for the South African cuisine (starts at 11am). Very nice server who was very attentive and kind. It's a locals spot and peaceful compared to downtown Moab. We loved it - highly recommend!
